THE GOLDEN AGE OF OCEAN LINERS
Greg Votolato is a Course Director at the Victoria & Albert Museum and a tutor at the Royal College of Art.
With his background as an architect, curator, teacher and writer on design, he spoke on Sturday afternoon about The Golden Age of Ocean Liners – which he sees as the period between 1900 and 1960.
Greg introduced us to the evolution of design styles during that time.
One visitor said, “I didn’t know what to expect, but it was brilliant. It made me wish I had studied Industrial Design”
