Poets Pauline Stainer and Rebecca Goss have long-standing connections to Suffolk and met when they both lived in the village of Hadleigh. Pauline was selected as one of the first Next Generation Poets by the Poetry Book Society in 1994. They will lead an interactive session about writing poetry and will talk about and read from their latest collections.
Four of Pauline’s books have been Poetry Society Recommendations and her collection The Wound-dresser’s Dream was shortlisted for the Whitbread Poetry Award in 1996. Her latest collection is called Sleeping Under the Juniper Tree.
